Repairs Planner
Location: Westminster / Maida Vale – W9 2AR
Type: Permanent, Full-time, Office-based
Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 per annum
We are seeking a motivated and organised Repairs Planner to join our team in Westminster. This role is central to ensuring that repair appointments are effectively scheduled and delivered. You’ll work closely with clients, customers, operatives, subcontractors, suppliers, and supervisors to make sure every appointment is managed smoothly and promises made are promises kept.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the forward schedule to ensure all jobs are booked in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), customer preferences, and operational requirements.
Take ownership of unscheduled jobs and ensure they are allocated promptly.
Effectively use the MSi system to schedule operatives and subcontractors.
Handle complex repairs, service failures, and challenging customer situations to maintain satisfaction.
Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring they deliver the same service levels as in-house teams.
Work with the Commercial team and operatives to order materials and support first-time fixes.
Handle calls and emails from clients to log issues, allocate operatives, and provide regular updates.
Maintain accurate and timely updates on all systems to ensure transparency for clients and internal teams.
Maximise scheduling efficiency and productivity.
Manage follow-on works when first-time fixes are not possible.
Escalate issues to the Team Leader where necessary.
Plan and allocate work with a clear understanding of contractual KPIs, aiming to exceed client expectations.
